Here’s when you’ll see her on your television screen once again.

The Duchess of Sussex is gearing up for her official return to ‘normalcy’ on March 31, when she and Prince Harry’s royal duties officially end.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Meghan had signed on to do voiceover work with Disney, following the Sussexes reveal that they would be stepping back from their royal duties.  And now, the exact project has been revealed.

Disney + revealed today that Meghan narrated its upcoming movie, Elephant.  There is little else currently known about the film, however it is due to be released on the streaming channel on April 3. The news was confirmed by Buckingham Palace in a statement.

The job came after Prince Harry was seen speaking to the former head of Disney Bob Iger at last year’s Lion King premiere. During the exchange, Harry could be heard saying, “You know she does voiceovers?” referring to his wife.

When the news first broke, it was revealed that Meghan agreed to do the work for Disney in exchange for a donation to animal charity Elephants Without Borders – a fitting choice given the film.

It remains to be seen if Meghan will make a return to the screen herself, but this is certainly a promising step.

This week marks the end of the Sussexes royal life – for the next 12 months at least – and it is expected an update to their social media account will come first as they are no longer permitted to use the word royal moving forward. They have been active on the social media platform of late, urging their followers to act safely in accordance with medical and governmental advice on the COVID-19 pandemic.
